The church communities that Stone of Help Haiti serves in Cité Soleil are located in the most volatile area within Port-au-Prince. Each day, this neighborhood is faced with heavy gang activity, making even simple travel a life-threatening ordeal. In addition, the scarcity of food and water is a daily struggle for far too many. All areas of Haiti are increasingly vulnerable, but our churches in Port-au-Prince are indeed the hardest hit these days.
